The wheels are in motion. If you landed here, you’ve already started your healing journey. I wish you serenity and the life you want! I’ve separated my ACoA topic articles into two sections:
- My ACoA experience – details of my life
- So, you’re an ACoA? Now what? Getting started with your ACoA healing journey
When I realized that I am an adult child of an alcoholic, I went looking for blogs and social media content shared by adult children of alcoholics. I found very few. So, I began writing. These are articles about my experience as an adult child of an alcoholic to help other adult children of alcoholics and anyone affected by addiction and substance use disorders. Please note that everything I write about being an adult child of an alcoholic is related to my own personal experience with it. I am sharing my story to help other people and to pay it forward because so many people shared their stories with me. Their stories illuminated my healing path.
I do not give advice. Always consult a professional for guidance in your life. I wish you serenity and healing!
